E-mail Writing:

Writing email messages

Do your e-mails always get the response you are looking for? Are they dealt with quickly and fully? Or do you find your e-mails are sometimes misunderstood, overlooked or even cause confusion?. As with any business correspondence, poor structure, ineffective layout or inappropriate email etiquette can all impact on the audience, with consequences ranging from simple misunderstandings through to damaged reputation and potential loss of business.

Our e-mail workshop will help you to write effective and convincing e-mails quickly. You will learn techniques and tips to improve your e-mail writing style and so become more confident that your messages always get the results you want.
