Do you and your staff write clear, concise documents that always answer your readers’ questions? Many company employees lack the necessary skills to deal with e-mails, letters and reports well resulting in costly misunderstandings. Our Business Writing course will provide you with the skills and confidence you need to write documents quickly and confidently.

You will gain the ability to write for your specific audience leading to more positive outcomes for you both you personally, and for your organisation.

This business writing workshop is highly pro-active with plenty of exercises and discussions throughout. We will work closely with you in the design of the programme to make sure we meet your specific needs in business writing.

This course is for anyone who needs to improve their writing skills at work. We recommend 10 participants as a maximum.


Training in written business communications

By the end of the business writing course:

  • examined techniques for improving the clarity and conciseness of your writing
  • learned techniques to speed up the writing process
  • become aware of how use of language affects the tone
  • explored ways to structure your points for maximum benefit
  • practised editing your own and others’ business writing more effectively
  • developed a professional, reader-friendly writing style that gets results
  • obtained feedback from the trainer on your individual writing style
